The Best Night Skincare Routine For Lebanese Skin (Built Around Your Climate)
Lebanese skin has a specific set of demands that most international skincare brands do not account for. The combination of summer heat above 35 degrees, year-round humidity in coastal cities, winter wind and cold in the mountains, urban pollution in Beirut, and the psychological stress that is simply part of daily life in Lebanon creates a skin environment unlike almost anywhere else.
What works for someone in Paris or Seoul does not automatically work in Beirut.
This is the night skincare routine we built specifically for Lebanese women — based on climate, lifestyle, and the skin concerns we hear about most often from our community.
Why Night Matters More Than Morning
Your skin does 80% of its repair work between 11pm and 4am. Cell turnover accelerates. Collagen synthesis peaks. Blood flow to the skin increases. If you apply the right ingredients before sleep, you are working with your biology — amplifying processes that are already happening. If you apply nothing, or apply the wrong things, you are leaving the most productive 5 hours of your skin's day wasted.
Morning skincare is primarily about protection — SPF, antioxidants, barrier defence. Night skincare is about repair, renewal, and stimulation. The two routines have entirely different purposes, and confusing them is one of the most common mistakes we see.
Step 1: Cleanse — Remove Everything
Lebanese summers coat the skin in a combination of sweat, sunscreen, pollution, and humidity-trapped sebum. Even on days when you do not wear makeup, your skin has accumulated a full day of environmental debris. A thorough cleanse is non-negotiable.
Use a gentle, pH-balanced cleanser that removes without stripping. Avoid anything that leaves your skin feeling tight after rinsing — that sensation means your acid mantle has been disrupted. A disrupted acid mantle makes every active ingredient you apply afterwards less effective.
Double cleansing — an oil-based cleanser followed by a water-based one — is particularly useful in summer months when sunscreen and sebum are harder to remove.
Step 2: Treatment — The Exosome Serum
This is the most important step in the routine and the one most Lebanese women are missing.
The Exosome 2000 Night Serum [LINK: /products/exosome-2000] applies to clean, dry skin. Press 3-4 drops into the face and neck using light, upward pressure. Do not rub — pressing preserves the activity of the spicules. You will feel a tingling within 30 to 60 seconds. This is normal and expected. It is the hydrolyzed sponge spicules creating microchannels that will allow every subsequent ingredient to penetrate far more deeply.
Wait 3 to 5 minutes. Let the sensation subside. Your skin is now primed for maximum absorption.
Step 3: Repair — The Snail Extract Night Cream
The Snail Extract Moisturizing Night Cream [LINK: /products/snail-extract-moisturizing-night-cream] is applied immediately after the serum has absorbed. The microchannels created by the spicules are still open — active ingredient absorption at this moment is 242% higher than it would be on untreated skin.
The snail cream delivers:
• Snail Secretion Filtrate — for deep tissue repair and barrier restoration
• Ceramides — to reinforce the skin barrier after the serum's stimulation
• Tranexamic Acid — to address the hyperpigmentation that Lebanese skin develops from sun exposure and inflammation
• Hyaluronic Acid and Panthenol — for the deep, sustained hydration that dry-conditioned air in Beirut winters destroys overnight
Apply a generous amount. This is your overnight treatment. It should not be minimal.
Step 4 (Once Per Week): The Diamond Skin Mask
Once a week — we recommend Sunday evenings, before the working week begins — use the Diamond Skin Mask Collagen Peel-Off [LINK: /products/diamond-skin-mask-collagen-peel-off-for-instant-radiance] instead of the night cream.
Apply a thin layer to clean skin. Leave for 20 to 25 minutes. Peel off in one smooth motion from the edges inward. What comes off is the accumulated layer of dead cells, surface pollution, and dulling debris that builds across the week. What remains is the cleaner, brighter surface underneath.
The collagen in the mask supports temporary but visible firming. The Niacinamide addresses any inflammation or redness. The peel-off mechanism gives immediate visual satisfaction — you see the results as you remove it.
After the mask, apply the Snail Extract Night Cream as normal to lock in moisture and continue the repair cycle.

What About Morning?
Keep your morning routine simple. Cleanse gently. Apply SPF50 — this is non-negotiable in Lebanon's UV index. The night routine does the heavy lifting. The morning routine protects what the night routine built.
The most common mistake we see Lebanese women make is overloading the morning routine with actives — vitamin C, retinol, AHAs — that sensitize the skin to the sun you are about to walk into. Save the active ingredients for night. Let the morning routine be about protection, not treatment.
