At MicroGlow Skincare, we are committed to providing a seamless and luxurious experience from the moment you browse our website to the moment you unbox your products. We are delighted to offer fast and complimentary shipping to ensure your journey to radiant skin begins as quickly as possible.

Our Shipping Promise at a Glance

  • Shipping Location: We currently ship to all destinations within Lebanon.
  • Shipping Cost: FREE on all standard orders.
  • Delivery Time: Your order will arrive within 36 to 48 hours after it has been shipped.

Order Processing

  • We offer same-day processing for all orders placed before 1:00 PM from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on a Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is processed and packed, it will be handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders are shipped via our courier partner.
  • The delivery timeframe of 48 to 72 hours begins once your order has been dispatched from our facility. Please note that this timeframe applies to our operational days (Monday - Saturday).
  • Our team works diligently to ensure your products arrive within this window, but please be aware that unforeseen delays may occasionally occur.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS or Whatsapp, which will include your tracking number.
  • You can use this number to follow your order's journey and get an estimated time of arrival.

Failed Delivery Attempts & Rescheduling

  • To ensure a smooth delivery, our courier partner, Wakilni, will attempt to contact you and deliver your order twice.
  • If a delivery attempt cannot be completed from the 1st attempt, we will reach out to you via whatsapp or email to let you know. We can hold your package and reschedule for the next available delivery day—please confirm by replying to our message so we can secure your new delivery window.
  • If the delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts (e.g., the customer is unreachable or rejects the delivery), the package will be automatically returned to our facility.

Delivery Refusal & Return Policy

If an order is returned to our facility due to failed delivery attempts or customer refusal, the following will apply to future orders from that customer:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) will no longer be available. All future purchases must be prepaid via Whish Pay or card.
  • A standard shipping fee of $6 will apply to your future orders (free shipping will no longer be offered).
