Order Processing
We are pleased to offer same-day processing for all orders placed before 8:00 PM from Monday to Saturday, including public holidays.
Orders placed after 8:00 PM or on a Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is processed and packed, it will be handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

The delivery timeframe of 36 to 48 hours begins once your order has been dispatched from our facility. Please note that this timeframe applies to our operational days (Monday - Saturday).

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS, which will include your tracking number.

Failed Delivery Attempts
To ensure a smooth delivery, our courier partner, Wakilni, will attempt to contact you and deliver your order twice.
If the delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts (e.g., the customer is unreachable), the package will be automatically returned to our facility.
In this event, please contact our customer service team to arrange a new shipment.
