Ordering and Payment

• Order Placement: By placing an order through our Website, you are offering to purchase the Products in your order.
• Order Confirmation: We will send you an order confirmation email to acknowledge receipt of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
• Order Acceptance: Your order is accepted when we ship the Products to you.
• Payment: We accept Cash on Delivery and Credit Cards (Except American Express) . You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information.
• Pricing: Prices for Products are subject to change without notice. All prices are in US Dollars and include applicable taxes and shipping costs Inside Lebanon. Applicable taxes and shiping fees might arise should you make an order out side of Lebanon
• Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs if charged, will be calculated and displayed at checkout
• Delivery Time: Delivery times are estimates of 2 working days and may vary depending on your location and shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control

Returns and Exchanges

• Return Policy: We accept returns of unopened and unused Products within 30 days of delivery

• Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned Products. Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return the unwanted Product and place a new order.

• Ownership: All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of MicroGlow Skincare S.A.U. and is protected by intellectual property laws
